We look for new opportunities every day using our own tools, keep track of your renewals and focus on capture, so you're ready before tenders are published. Each bid you go for is then run end to end, the same as full bid management.

How we work with you
We're a two-person team, so you work directly with Vlad or Tristan, and often both. From the kickoff meeting to the day your bid goes in, you'll have our mobile numbers. If you have your own bid team, we work alongside them, and if you don't, we fill that role. We fit the work around how your business already runs.
Although we aim to submit every bid at least a couple of days before the deadline, some do come down to the wire. When that happens, we work weekends to get it in, and you can call us if anything comes up. Once we take on a tender, framework or DPS with you, we won't work on it for anyone else.
