Stage 1. Opportunity identification
We continuously monitor every major UK procurement portal through our own bespoke systems, surfacing live opportunities that fit your capabilities and capacity. You receive a tailored contract summary covering the key details of each qualifying opportunity, so you can make an informed call on whether to pursue it.
Stage 2. Tender analysis and planning
We work through the entire tender pack in detail, breaking down every question and requirement to understand exactly what's being asked and what we'll need from you to answer it well. This is how we identify the win themes, shape the narratives, and build a complete plan for every element of the bid before any writing begins. The strategic direction is shaped collaboratively, with your view of the opportunity carrying equal weight to our own.
Stage 3. Information gathering
We gather the factual information we need from your business in whatever way suits you best, whether that's a structured questionnaire, a call, or a mix of both.
Stage 4. Bid writing
We draft every quality response, method statement, and narrative answer for the bid, written in your voice and built around your real experience. The full submission package is then formatted, compiled, and prepared for delivery. You review and provide any factual corrections, and we revise as needed until you are satisfied with every element.
Stage 5. Compliance and submission
We run a final compliance verification before the package is submitted through the relevant portal, ahead of deadline. No last-minute scrambles, no missed criteria.
Stage 6. Outcome and feedback
We track the outcome and request evaluator feedback whether you win or lose. On a win, you receive an invoice for our agreed fee, payable only because the contract has been awarded. On a loss, you receive detailed feedback and a clear plan for the next opportunity. No fee.
Stage 7. Other services
Beyond tender writing, we also assist with grants, proposals, Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) applications, and other complex commercial submissions where bid-writing expertise is the deciding factor. For clients accepted onto a DPS, we continue to support the mini-competitions and call-off opportunities that follow. Pricing for these services differs from our no-win, no-fee tender model and is agreed with you upfront, but the same standard of writing applies throughout.
