I'm Tristan Walker, Co-Founder of Evia Consultancy. Vlad and I actually met back in year seven, but it was studying economics together at college where we both first got pulled into the world of procurement. It didn't take long to spot the problem - capable businesses doing great work, but losing contracts because the paperwork didn't do them justice. We built systems to automate the boring parts, freeing us up to focus on what actually moves the needle. That means drawing on bid writing courses, countless hours of research, and real hands-on experience submitting bids to craft quality responses that score. Outside work, I enjoy going to the gym, walking the dog and making music. Still waiting on that record deal.

I'm Vlad Lewis, Co-Founder of Evia Consultancy. I've always had a thing for IT and AI, and studying economics at college is how I first stumbled into the procurement world. Tristan and I have known each other since year seven, so when we both landed on the same realisation, it didn't take long to decide to do something about it. What struck us was how many capable businesses were losing out on contracts simply because they couldn't put their case across on paper - nothing to do with the quality of their work, just the words on the page. I love the challenge of finding the right words to make a strong case for a client - every tender is a different puzzle. Outside work, I spend time with family, keep fit at the gym, and play badminton competitively - I was formerly ranked junior number one in England. Mum still has the trophies. I moved on to winning contracts instead.
