Why we've teamed up
Compliance is becoming a bigger part of winning public sector work. Buyers want to see that your health and safety, HR and certifications are in order, and since the Procurement Act came in, they have more grounds to exclude suppliers who can't show it.
We've had businesses come to us missing accreditations a buyer asked for, and a lot of our clients already hold their ISO certifications through Citation. Teaming up made sense. Citation looks after the compliance side, and we look after the bid.
What Citation does

What we do
Getting through the door is only half of it. The bid still has to score. That's where we come in. With full bid management, we run the whole bid end to end, from the bid/no-bid decision on whether it's worth going for, through to writing every quality response, collecting the supporting documents and submitting it all through the portal.
We work on a split fee, 50% up front and 50% only if you win, because we back our writing and only go for tenders our clients can win.
